1Introduction and Acceptance

Use of the 55z777 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following at the time of registration and on every subsequent occasion that you access the Platform:

• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.

3Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of 55z777 services you must register a personal account. Each user is permitted to hold exactly one account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

• Log out fully from shared or public devices after each session.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access or suspicious account activity to support immediately.

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the 55z777 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 55z777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed and the associated funds will not be credited to your 55z777 balance. Similarly, withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that belongs to you and matches the name on your 55z777 account.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction. 55z777 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time. Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required security or identity checks.

5Betting Rules and Market Settlement

By placing a bet on the 55z777 Platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and that the bet is placed voluntarily. All bets are final once confirmed. 55z777 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the user, including but not limited to incorrect stake amounts, incorrect selections, or misunderstood market conditions.

55z777 reserves the right to void, suspend, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe the bet was placed in error by the Platform, where odds were displayed incorrectly due to a technical fault, or where there is evidence of match manipulation or inside information affecting the market in question.

Markets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches, the Board of Control for Cricket in India for IPL fixtures, and the ICC for international T20 and World Cup events). Where official results are not published, 55z777 may use recognised independent sources to determine settlement. In the event of a dispute regarding market settlement, the decision of 55z777 is final, subject to the formal complaints process set out in Section 9 of these Terms.

• Live / In-Play betting: In-play odds update in real time. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be amended or withdrawn regardless of subsequent odds movements.
• Suspended markets: 55z777 may suspend any market at any time without prior notice. Any bet placed on a suspended market will be voided and the stake returned.
• Maximum winnings: Per-event and per-day maximum payout limits apply. These are displayed on the relevant market page. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be capped at the maximum payout amount.
• Voided events: If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise fails to reach a result, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules stated at the time the bet was placed.

6Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

55z777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to new and existing users ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between Promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the Promotion-specific terms shall take precedence in relation to that Promotion only.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, all bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible markets, minimum odds, and expiry period will be set out in the terms of each individual Promotion. Failure to satisfy the wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 55z777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any already-accepted bonus will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of acceptance.
• Any attempt to abuse a Promotion — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, collusive play, or the use of automated software to exploit promotional mechanics — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Real-money deposits are always used before bonus funds when a wager is placed, unless the Promotion terms state otherwise.

7Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities while using the 55z777 Platform. Violation of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or during any transaction.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit odds, or gain an unfair advantage over other users or the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play intended to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting errors, software bugs, or system malfunctions to place bets or access features not intended to be available. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be void.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering or financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or 55z777 staff through any channel including the support system.

The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of 55z777.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written consent of 55z777. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

11Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
